Domestic Shipping

- All orders are shipped out from our Sohar warehouse to your Home.

- The shipping fee is 1.5 all over Oman.

- The Estimated Delivery Window Provided By Musclehouse is 1-3 business days some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time.

 

International Shipping

- All orders are shipped out from our Oman warehouse to your country.

- The shipping fees depend on the weight and will be displayed on the checkout page before placing the order.

- The Estimated Delivery window provided by Musclehouse is 4-5 business days for Express Shipping. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Musclehouse control.
